How about a fun challenge?! This one is my very favorite kind...a sketch challenge! All you need to do is make a card using the sweet and simple sketch above created by Julie Koerber, and upload it to your blog or online gallery using the keyword FLLCJUNSKETCH. Then stop by the Flourishes Blog to share the link to your card. You have until Friday, June 10th at 5 pm CST to enter. What do you win, you ask? Here's mine:
I kept this one monochromatic and simple. I used today's fabulous release set, Zinnias, and the beautiful new 123 Create Kit, Yacht Club. This kit has some divine embellishments, let me tell you! Check out that gorgeous butterfly!
The pretty frame was made with Spellbinders Fancy Tags Two dies. I created the raised grid pattern in the background using my Scor-Buddy. That beautiful Zinnia was stamped four times, colored with Copic markers, and cut out to make a nice, 3D flower embellishment. I added some Citrus Ultra Fine Flower Soft to the center.
