Happy Saturday, friends! Today's card was made for a dear, new friend using MFT's brand-new Who's That Girl Snowman set. I love the sweet image in this set, and had fun playing with patterns and textures on her coat and tights. I mimicked her ribbed tights with the corrugated paper at the bottom of the card. I sponged that paper with a bit of pigment white ink. The card size is 5" square with a Sno Cone cardstock base, a layer of Kraft cardstock, and pretty patterned paper from Basic Grey's Aspen Frost 6x6 paper pack. The image was stamped on X-Press It Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, and colored it in with Copic markers. I cut the circle out with the Circle STAX 1 Die-namics and backed it with two Snowflake Doily Die-namics. I gave it a pretty, curved bottom border with the new Bracket Edge Duo Die-namics, added a few sparkly snowflake stickers, a Jellybean Green button, and a Sno Cone Grosgrain Ribbon.
Here's a close-up of the image:
On the inside of my card, I used some pretty papers, and die-cut them with the Bracket Edge Duo Die-namics. I stamped the sweet sentiment (which I knew would be perfect for my new friend!) using Memento Olive Grove ink.
