Hello friends~
I am home from a jam-packed week of teaching Copic classes and working at the CHA trade show in Anaheim, CA. It was a GREAT week, but it sure is good to be home. Our new Copic Color & Ink Workshop went very well, and I can't wait until the next one!
Today, I'm sharing a card made for MFT's Wednesday Stamp Club sketch challenge. I used the new PI Read All About It set and patterned papers from Echo Park's This & That Graceful collection. The card base is Kraft, and the layers are Hot Fudge.
Here's the sketch:
It's a fun one, isn't it?! I made my main focal layer a heart, instead of an oval. I used the Heart STAX Die-namics for that layer. Check out the Die-namics dies I used:
Here's a close-up of the image:
I stamped her on X-Press It Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, paper-pieced the chair and ottoman, and colored her in with Copic markers.
Here's the inside of my card:
I used a few strips of paper, left-over Die-namics cut-outs, and a stamped sentiment from the PI Read All About It stamp set.
You’ll want to be sure to play along for your chance at the weekly prize, valued at up to $20 in vouchers to the MFT Boutique. You can submit your entry using the keyword MFTWSC107 to the Gallery at Splitcoaststampers. Entries for this week’s challenge will close on Tuesday, January 22nd at noon EST.
Thanks so much for stopping by today, friends!
