My card is 4-1/4" square with a Berrylicious card base. I stamped the Blooming Roses in Berrylicious ink to create a soft background. I stamped the Trendy Triangles on Smooth White card stock with Lemon Drop, Berryliciousv, and Blu Raspberry ink. I die-cut the triangles with the Triangles Die-namics, and layered them onto a strip of Smooth White card stock. I then added sweet scalloped borders, which were die-cut with the fabulous new Blueprints 4 Die-namics.
I stamped the sentiment from Blissful Butterflies in pigment white ink, and embossed it with white embossing powder. I wrapped some pretty yellow and white twine around the card, and tied it together with a Banana Split button.
Inside the card I added a layer of Smooth White card stock, which was die-cut with the Mini Album Square Scallop STAX Die-namics. I added a couple of strips of card stock at the top, die-cut with the Blueprints 4 Die-namics. The sentiment from Blissful Butterflies was stamped in Berrylicious ink, and the butterfly was stamped in Lemon Drop ink.
My second card begins with a Kraft card base. The next layer is Kraft also, and was embossed with the Fluttering Hearts Die-namics. I cut out the rose bud with the Rose Bouquet Die-namics. I stamped the Blooming Roses and the sentiment in Primitive Cream card stock with Gumball Green, Electric Red, and Hot Fudge inks. I swiped my Kraft ink down the front of the embossed layer to give it a bit of an aged look, and to make the hearts pop a bit.
I added a strip of Gumdrop Green Grosgrain down the side, as well as Hot Fudge card stock, and Electric Red card stock, which was die-cut with the Blueprints 4 Die-namics. The sentiment strip was die-cut with the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics. I added a tiny Electric Red heart to the sentiment with the Fluttering Hearts Die-namics, and an Electric Red button tied up with twine.
Inside the card I stamped the sentiment from Bold Statements in Hot Fudge and Electric Red ink. I stamped the rose bud from Blooming Roses in Electric Red and Gumball Green, and die-cut it with the Rose Bouquet Die-namics. The three tiny hearts in the upper right corner were made with Electric Red card stock and the Fluttering Hearts Die-namics.
