I couldn't resist another card made with the Splendid Sunflower set from My Favorite Things. This time, I decided to make the flower Red Hot with Fuse Green leaves and center, and an over-lay of Sweet Tooth pigment ink in the center. I then die-cut it with the Splendid Sunflower Die-namics. I love how bold this color combo is when combined with Smooth White, Steel Blue, and Steel Grey...such a fresh color combo, isn't it?
My card base is 5-1/2" square, and made with Smooth White card stock, which I layered between each card stock layer for some pop! I added a layer of Fuse Green, then Steel Blue, which I stamped with the fabulous Plaid Background Builder set, creating some debonaire stripes with my Steel Blue ink pad. The circle was die-cut with the Pierced Circle STAX Die-namics, and the flag was die-cut with the Fishtail Flag STAX and Fishtail Flag Layers STAX. The sentiment is from Sending Thanks, and was stamped in Fuse Green and Red Hot inks. I added a few enamel dots to finish off the details.
