Today's card was made for this week's Color Throwdown challenge. I've been having such fun playing along with these challenges! All of my supplies are from My Favorite Things.
The card base is Smooth White, and die-cut with the Mini Album Fancy Ticket STAX Die-namics. I created a frame by die-cutting multiple layers with the Mini Album Fancy Ticket STAX Die-namics. I embossed the frame portion with the Modern Morocco Die-namics. I air-brushed the pretty blue background pattern with a B06 Copic marker, my Copic air compressor, and the Petal Pattern Stencil.
The sentiment is from the Fall Foliage set, and the rose image is from Contemporary Roses. I die-cut the rose and leaves with the Contemporary Roses Die-namics. I dressed the card up with Sour Apple grosgrain and a few fun enamel dots.
I wanted to show you how pretty the embossed pattern looks on the frame. Isn't that yummy? This is also a great close-up of the air-brushed pattern made with the Petal Pattern Stencil.
Inside, I added a strip of Sour Apple card stock, a second layer of Smooth White card stock, and a die-cut blue rose.
Thanks for hanging with me today, friends! Have a wonderful Wednesday!
