Welcome to day one of the April Release Rewind from My Favorite Things! Today, I have two cards to share with you utilizing lots of new products.
My first card showcases the cool Bokeh Builder stamp set, On the Diagonal Background stamp, and Gerbera Daisy Die-namics, which is this month's Free With $60 product.
The card base is Smooth White, and the layers are Grout Gray, Spearmint, and Orange Fizz. I die-cut the sentiment with the Pierced Circle STAX Die-namics, and die-cut the squares underneath with the Pierced Square STAX Die-namics and Square STAX 1 Die-namics. I stamped the "bokeh" circles in Grout Gray and Spearmint. A few sequins finish off the details.
The layout is this week's Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch Challenge.
It's a great sketch, and an easy one too!
I die-cut two of the medium and two of the small flowers for lots of layers and dimension.
Inside, I added a narrow strip of Orange Fizz card stock, stamped the sentiment in Steel Grey, and stamped the "bokeh" circles in Orange Fizz, Spearmint, and Grout Gray.
My second card showcases the Happy Graduation set, On the Diagonal Background (love that stamp!), and awesome Sun, Moon, & Stars Die-namics.
The card base is Smooth White, and the star colors are Natural, Razzle Berry, Gumdrop Green, and Blu Raspberry. The color palette is this week's Color Palette Challenge:
Isn't that a fresh and fun color palette?!
I popped the stars up with foam tape to give them lots of dimension. I also spritzed them with MIX-ables Sheer Shimmer Mist for a bit of shimmer.
Inside I added a strip of Razzle Berry card stock, stamped the sentiment in Blu Raspberry, and stamped the stars in Gumdrop Green.
Thanks so much for stopping by today, friends! Be sure to swing by the MFT Blog for links to the other designers' blogs!
Have a beautiful day!
