Hey everyone! Only ONE day left until you can shop for all the fabulous new product from My Favorite Things! It's SUCH a great release, isn't it?!
Today, I have two cards to share with you! The first one showcases another new Pure Innocence set. This one's called I Pick You, and is just as adorable as you might imagine. :)
My card base is Grout Gray, and the layers are Bubblegum, Steel Grey, and X-Press It Blending Card. The card size is 5" square. All of the layers and die-cuts were created with the Blueprints 14 Die-namics.
You can see the wonderful dimension created by the dies!
I stamped the image in the amazing new Black Licorice Hybrid ink pad. I then was able to color the image with Copic markers with NO bleeding at all. These new Hybrid ink pads work beautifully with Copic markers! SWEET!!!
The B41 was used as the base coat for her hair. I find that I really like black hair best when it has a blue undertone...really gives it that shiny black hair look.
Inside, I added a die-cut layer of Smooth White, a strip of Bubblegum, stamped the sentiment from Bokeh Builder in Steel Grey, and stamped the "bokeh" dots in Bubblegum.
My second card is a sweet card to welcome a baby boy. My card base is Smooth White, and the layers are Steel Grey and Banana Split. I stamped the Star Background in Sweet Tooth ink. The bib was die-cut with the new Baby's Bib Die-namics, and stamped with the On The Diagonal background stamp and Lemon Drop ink. The rattle was stamped in Lemon Drop ink and die-cut with the Beautiful Baby Die-namics.
The "baby" letters were die-cut with the new Oh Baby Die-namics.
Inside, I stamped the elephant & the sentiment in Steel Grey, stamped the stars in Banana Split, and added a strip of Banana Split card stock across the top.
Thanks so much for visiting with me today, friends! Be sure to swing by the MFT Blog for your chance to win some fabulous MFT goodies, as well as for links to the rest of the design team's creations.
