Only two more days until this month's big reveal from My Favorite Things! Today, my card showcases the new Happy Graduation set and this month's Free with $60 product, the Gerbera Daisy Die-namics.
My card base is Grout Gray, and the layers are Steel Grey, Tangy Orange, and Smooth White. The size is a bit narrower than a regular card, at 3-1/2" wide.
The circle layers were created with the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics, and the scalloped border layer was created with the Blueprints 14 Die-namics.
I stamped the sentiment from Happy Graduation in Steel Grey and Tangy Orange inks.
I created the color palette on the flower with my YR04 & YR09 Copic markers. The entire flower is made with Smooth White card stock, and I just colored the layers to make it pop. As you can see in the photo above, the flower has a lot of wonderful dimension.
Inside, I added a strip of Steel Grey, a strip of Tangy Orange, and stamped the sentiment in Tangy Orange ink.
Thanks so much for visiting with me today, friends. Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for your chance to win some MFT goodies, as well as for links to the rest of the designers' blogs.
Have a GREAT day!
