Today, I have a fun card I created for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge. I just happen to be the hostess this week; so be sure and stop by to check it out!
Here's a look at the colors:
I thought they were the perfect end of summer colors...complete with yummy blueberries, which just happen to be one of my very favorite things about summer. :)
All of my supplies are from My Favorite Things. My card base is Smooth White, as is the Spider Web Cover-Up Die-namics layer. The other layers are Nightshift Blue, Grapesicle, and X-Press It Blending Card. I am so in love with that Spooky Window Centerpieces Die-namics. Isn't it the coolest? I air-brushed the "scene" through the window with Copic markers and my Copic Airbrush System. The bat was die-cut using the Spooky Scene Die-namics. I stamped the image from the Pure Innocence Batty About You set in Black Licorice Hybrid Ink, colored her with Copic markers, and die-cut her with the coordinating Batty About You Die-namics.
Here are the Copic colors I used:
Here's a look at the inside of my card:
I added a strip of Grapesicle across the top, stamped the sentiment in Sour Apple, and finished it off with a Nightshift Blue die-cut spider.
Now you'll want to hop on over to the rest of the Color Throwdown team blogs to see their gorgeous creations with this week's colors, and then play along with us!
