How about these darling little owls?! This stamp set is not yet available....soooo sorry...nana nana boo boo...you can't have it... BWAHAHAHHAHA...
So sorry folks! That was my evil twin, who shows up at the most inopportune times! Can you believe her??? Some nerve...
This set was given to all of Stampin' Up!'s cruise achievers this year, and it will be available in the upcoming new catalog on August 11th! I canNOT wait for that catalog to get here!!!
I designed this little box of cards for demo class. I kept it pretty simple, so it wouldn't take them all night to complete! Watercoloring takes long enough as it is, without adding tons of details to the cards. The box is really quite easy to make: For the lid, you'll need a 3-1/2 x 6-1/2 piece of Old Olive cardstock, scored at 1" from each of the four sides. For the box, you'll need a 10-1/2 x 7-1/2 piece of Chocolate Chip cardstock, scored at 1-1/2" along the two long sides, and then at 4-1/2" & 6" on the short sides. Then you just slit the side folds (it will be obvious where), and use Sticky Strip to hold it all together.
Here are the cards to go inside the box....so super easy, peasy! I used watercolor paper for all of the main images...just makes life easier when you're coloring. I added Crystal Effects to all the eyes, the balloon, and the "faux brads" at the bottom of the card on the far left. Those are just 1/4" punched pieces of cardstock stuck on with mini glue dots.
...and, yes, those are my trademark envelopes you see there! For instructions on how to make them, see this post.
I know that today is Monday....everyone's FAVORITE day of the week...back to work day....hi ho hi ho...and all that jazz... Well, take a nice BIG deep breath and have a FABULOUS day!!!!!!! :))))
Thanks for stopping by for a visit!
Love,
~C
is your evil twin related to my three year old son? He does a lot of the "nana nana boo boo" thing too, except he says "nana nana POO POO"!
Miss you - had lots of fun at the Demo Day. Hope to see you again soon!

I love to make "Cheater" Bows on my cards. I take a strip of the ribbon and put it across the cs and adhear with double-stick tape which serves as two purposes. Besides adhering to ribbon it will also adhere to more cs. Than I just tie a piece of smaller ribbon around that for my knot or bow. Carol
