Happy Tuesday, my friends!
Today's card was made for Sunday's Featured Stamper challenge on SCS. This week's Featured Stamper is Shannon Erskine (E3stamper). Shannon is incredibly talented and oh-so-sweet too! I just love her, and had to make time to do the challenge!
This is the card I chose to case from Shannon's gallery. I know, I know...I apparently have a thing for apples! :)
Once again, I used Cammie's Whimsical Autumn stamp set. Remember that Cammie is donating 100% of her profits from the sales of this set to the National Alzheimer's Association! Her amazing blog candy is still going on too...through this Friday, the 26th!
Here's the recipe for my card:
Stamps: Whimsical Autumn |
Paper: Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Watercolor, Holiday Treasures Designer Series Paper |
Ink: Brown Staz-On, Ruby Red, Riding Hood Red, Creamy Caramel, Really Rust, Close to Cocoa, Chocolate Chip, Old Olive |
Accessories: Blender Pen, Filigree Designer Brads, Crystal Effects (on apples in center of filigree brads), Alpine Striped Ribbon from SU, Piercing Tools, Dimensionals |
Hope your Tuesday is fabulous! I have a card class tonight in my home with some wonderful customers whom I haven't seen in a while...can't wait to see 'em again! :)
See you tomorrow!
Love,
~C

Your creations are all so gorgeous, but can I just say a big fat THANK YOU for delivering one with so much RED?! It's my absolute most favorite color, and every time I'm tempted to stray, I see something that reminds me why red is still and always my fave! Love the apples with the filigree brads, too. Thanks for another inspiring and delightful card! AND - you're also inspiring me to practice my watercoloring techniques (it's been years and I'm rusty).

fab card Cindy! But - like - when isn't it fab?!?!?! And thank you so much for the link to Cammie's blog - I plan on getting the set since she donates to Alzheimer's...we are going through some rough patches with my mother right now...so stamping with a set that helps will make me feel better (stamping IS therapy) AND go to a good cause...so thanks again! Oh - and hope you are having fun in the Catskills!

Hey Miss Cindy,
I was just catching up on some blog reading since our Cabin Scrappin' trip and just drooled over this card. Great job!
It was great to spend the "weekend" with you at the cabin.
BIG Hugs,
Lynn
