Hello Stampers~
It's Flourishes release week, and the design team has cooked up some fabulous sneak peeks of this month's awesome stamp sets. First up we have Swan Lake & Life Lines, two gorgeous sets that coordinate beautiful together, but also stand well on their own.
My first sample was made using Swan Lake. Forgive me for the terrible lighting on my photos today...snapped these picks while on vacation. I will fix the photos when I return home, and have the proper editing equipment. :)
I stamped the images on Classic White cardstock, and colored them in with Copic markers. I added some fun design elements to this one, such as a pretty new Martha Stewart shell corner punch, some piercing, pearls, and a pretty flower element. I got the ripple effect on the water by going over it with my Colorless Blender after coloring.
My second card uses Life Lines, the some elegant Cappella patterned paper from Basic Grey, and a few simple elements to make an easy, elegant card. I love, love, LOVE the fantastic sentiments in this set! The size of my card is 3-1/4" x 5-1/2".
Check out the awesome samples from the rest of the design team:
- Christine Okken
- Danielle Kennedy
- Dawn Burnworth
- Julie Koerber
- Laura Fredrickson
- Leslie Miller
- Stacy Morgan
Stop by the Flourishes blog for all the details on this week's fabulous give-aways! AND don't forget to swing by the POWER HOUR Release Party this Thursday evening at 9pm CST.
Have a fantastic Wednesday, friends! Thanks for visiting today!
Hugs,
~Cindy
