MFT Countdown: Congratulations

Hello friends~

Today's sneak peek is of a super-cool new product, the Centerpieces Congratulations Shaker Die-namics.


My card base is Smooth White, and the layers are Sour Apple, Sno Cone, and Steel Grey.  I spritzed the Steel Grey layer with Mix-ables Sheer Shimmer Mist...love the soft shimmer that spray creates!

I added some fun polka dots to the letters with a White Sakura Glaze Pen.  That was an exercise in patience, let me tell ya! 

It's not so easy to see in the photo, but I stamped the On the Diagonal background in Sour Apple ink on the Sour Apple layer.  I die-cut the row of stars at the bottom, and added a strip of Sno Cone card stock behind.  The larger star was die-cut from the new Sun, Moon, and Stars Die-namics.

I adhered the die-cut layer with foam tape to give it some wonderful dimension.
I finished off the details with a trio of enamel dots, some striped blue/white twine, and a rounded corner.

Inside, I added a strip of Sour Apple card stock, stamped the sentiment from Blue Skies Ahead in Sno Cone and Steel Grey, and added a few of the left-over tiny stars from the die-cut on the front of the card.
