Hello & a very happy Friday, friends!
Marcella has done it again! She's created another knock-out digital stamp set for Power Poppy. This one's called Sunshine of My Life, and comes with two beautiful sentiments and a vase of absolutely stunning sunflowers! I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw this one for the first time. Oh My YUMMINESS!!!
The patterned papers I used for my card are from Prima's Alla-Prima collection, an oldie but goodie.
I printed the image in a light brown ink on X-Press It Blending Card, and colored it with the following Copic Markers.
After I colored the sunflowers, I gave the centers a few highlights with a white Sakura Gelly Roll Pen. You know I had to dress up the inside too, right? Here's a peek.
I printed the sweet sentiment in a dark brown ink and did my trademark highlighting of a few of the key words. A strip of pretty patterned paper finishes it off beautifully.
Be sure to swing by the rest of the Bloom Brigade blogs to see their gorgeous creations today, AND the Instant Gardeners as well, who are all sharing cards made with Sunshine of My Life. It's sure to be a whole lotta blooming GORGEOUSNESS! Enjoy! :)

First of all, I have to start by saying I am amazed at your artistry!! You always think outside the box with your coloring...nothing straight up with your skills, I must say. And each and every time it's a work of art!! LOVE how you colored the vase especially. Yes, the flowers are fabulous...over-the-top fabulous, but my eyes are drawn to the beautiful coloring and exquisite shading of your vase. I so want to be like you when I grow up. (minus the running of course...OUCH)
