Hello, crafty friends!
I'm back with a peek at a brand new digital stamp set from Power Poppy. This one's called Bittersweet Wreath, and includes not only a gorgeous image, but also two perfectly thankful sentiments. :)
My card is 5" square, and the patterned papers I used are from the Warm & Cozy collection from Jen Hadley and also the I {Heart} Summer collection from Simple Stories (green barn board paper).
The wreath was printed in black ink onto kraft cardstock, and colored with the following Copic Markers.
Yes, you're seeing that right. I only used four markers for this one, and those two flower-shaped pen caps belong to my Orange & White Pearl Kirarina WINK Pens. I used the Kirarina pens to create the pale orange & white dots on the wreath, as part of the bittersweet. I added some extra bittersweet berries just for fun. I so love the look of that that opaque ink!
Here's a close-up look at the wreath:
Such a pretty image, and it is super quick to color up!
Here's a look a the inside of the card:
A couple of strips of left-over patterned paper dress it up nicely. I printed the beautiful Bible verse in black ink, and highlighted the words with my YR14 & BG11 Copic Markers.
Some of the other Bloom Brigade designers and Instant Gardeners have Bittersweet Wreath creations to share with you today as well. Check them out:
Thanks so much for visiting with me today, friends!
Have a beautiful Tuesday!

Oh, Cindy, what a gorgeous and warm card! I absolutely love how you've colored this beautiful wreath on kraft and must try it myself. I love the results, and the Kirarina pens add the perfect depth to your berries! I have several, but I can see I'll be adding more. Beautiful DP again along with the sweet twine and button, and I love the inside too. Thanks for always inspiring and moving us up to the "next level" in creativity! Hugs, sweet friend! xoxo
