The one positive thing that happened to me in 2016 is that my oldest daughter graduated from high school with a Perfect Attendance from Kindergarten all the way to the 12th Grade. She is now attending Cal State L.A.
I'm looking forward to 2017 because my youngest daughter is graduating from high school, and will be attending San Francisco State University in the Fall. So proud of my girls!

Hi, Cindy!
Your cards are absolutely stunning. I love getting all this fabulous inspiration.
The most exciting thing that happened to me in 2016 was the wedding of our oldest daughter in August. She was a lovely bride, and I cried....of course. In 2017, I look forward to spending time with my kids (I cherish ALL I can get at this point), seeing our son graduate in June, and enjoying my Design Teams and this wonderful crafting community.
I hope that YOU have a wonderfully blessed 2017.
Thanks for taking part.
Blessings,

The positive thing is two fold. First I lost 13 pounds and will continue to work on the last 8 pounds to get to my WW goal. The other one is I was able to get off all my anti-depression med that I have been on during the long care taking journey of my hubby and his dimenta. I feel like I have reached a new level of the grieving process since he passed away in 2014.
I am looking forward to spending lots of quality time with my family and working on my blog and entering a few card making challenges this year. I want to improve my skills and this should be a good way to do that.

And for 2017 ? I'd love to find 72 hours' days ! 48 hours' days are not suffisants..... Ok, I'll be more reasonable. I'll just be happy if I can grab more free time to do some crafting !

I love your designs! Thank you for being a part of the awesome blog hop. In 2016 I was fortunate to be able to help establish a little store at the cottages where we hold craft retreats. I am looking forward to expanding that role and creating layout kits for the store.

Lovely cards. In 2016 I had surgery for vertigo which did not seem to work until just recently. things had gotten better although I will probably need to more surgeries in 2017. No worries because I should get my independence back.

Such a beautiful collection of work--don't know how you picked just one favorite project for each month!. With the unexpected passing of my mother in May, 2016 was a difficult year. However, enjoying a family vacation in Hawaii before my daughter went off to begin her freshman year of college (where she is TOTALLY HAPPY!) was a highlight!

2016 was positively the best because we were able to travel to Italy. I took along an adult coloring book and created beautiful backgrounds during the bus rides. Your work is beautiful and I appreciate this chance to win such wonderful prizes. TFS! kReN@afourthlife
